Day 6: Today was the 2nd day of camp. It's funny how a lot of the kids wear American shirts and sneakers. One girl had the American flag on her converses while the other had an American flag sweater on today. The kids were a lot friendlier today. I made a big hit with them when I drew a picture of the Beast from Beauty and the Beast for them. They are putting on a show at the end of camp for it. My picture came out really good and the kids were going crazy about it. This one girl Frederica started asking me all these questions and was so excited when I told her I was from NY. She drew me 2 pictures.

The days are very long. We get picked up at 8:20 and we don't get home until 6:00. I swear Italian drivers are crazy. They speed, run red lights and when they come to a speed bump, they fly right over it. As I was looking out the window on the way home I noticed how all the bars in town are just labeled BAR in capital lit up letters. Just BAR haha. Dinner is served around 7:30. Dinner was delicious tonight. It was penne with meat sauce.

The older men were at the table again and offered us their homemade red wine. It was really good. I usually like white wine better but this red wine was good. I feel exhausted right now. Marie and I are planning on going to Milan this weekend.
