It's the night before I leave for Italy. I have to wake up at 5:30 AM and take a train down to NY to get my plane at 3:55 PM for Germany. From there I have a layover and I will arrive in Italy at 10AM on July 3rd. I feel excited, anxious and nervous about this. I've been talking to some of the girls that are already over there and I have been talking to a girl who is going to arrive the same time as me. The one girl said it was beautiful over there but it was overwhelming at times because of the language. The only other country I've been to was Canada and I went with people I knew. I've never been to Europe or alone anywhere that far. It will be interesting to be part of a different culture. There is a 6 hour time difference. Italy is 6 hours ahead of us. Hopefully my travel goes smoothly.....
